20) What do I do if my cartridge fails to work properly?

Answer: Please contact Customer Service at 1-866-966-4657 for an RMA Authorization # to return the product back to us. Customer Service will assist you with getting the correct replacement and tell you how to return the incorrect cartridge. Back to Questions
