31) How do I opt out of the program?

Answer: To cancel your participation in the program, simply stop using the envelopes. Please note: There may be instances where we receive an empty cartridge and send the replacement before cancellation. If this happens and you don't want the cartridge, call our customer support line 1-866-966-4657 to return the unopened package. Back to Questions
