5) How do I know what will be in my replacement order?

Answer: After receiving your empty cartridges in the prepaid Dell InkSave envelopes and labels, we will send you back replacements for the exact model numbers and quantities you submitted. For example: You send one empty Series 9 High capacity black ink cartridge and one empty Series 9 Photo ink cartridge. You can expect to receive one new Series 9 High capacity black ink cartridge and one new Series 9 Photo ink cartridge.
